About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Store Associate to join our team at Sherwin-Williams. As a Store Associate, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service, driving sales growth, and maintaining a high level of store appearance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Assist customers in selecting the right products and services, providing expert advice and recommendations
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, maintaining a high level of cash handling and inventory control
  • Build strong relationships with wholesale and retail customers, identifying and meeting their needs
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, features, and benefits, making recommendations to customers
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to company standards
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store displays, ensuring a visually appealing store appearance
  • Meet or exceed sales goals, contributing to the store's overall success
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
