Job Title: Fine Dining Server Assistant

At Goode Company Restaurants, we're seeking a skilled Fine Dining Server Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring the highest standards of service and hospitality.

Job Summary:

The Fine Dining Server Assistant is responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, working closely with our servers and captains to ensure seamless table service. This role requires a passion for delivering outstanding hospitality, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Anticipate and meet the needs of our guests, ensuring their experience is nothing short of exceptional.
  • Work closely with servers and captains to ensure seamless table service and maintain high standards of service.
  • Manage the cleanliness and organization of the dining area, ensuring a welcoming and inviting atmosphere for our guests.
  • Assist with opening and closing duties, including setting up and breaking down workstations, and maintaining adequate par levels of condiments and other related items.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and management to ensure seamless service and resolve any issues that may arise.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Previous experience in fine dining restaurants preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and maintain a positive attitude under pressure.
  • Knowledge of general sanitary and safety practices.
  • Able to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
