About the Role

The Design Engineer is a key member of our product development team, responsible for creating innovative solutions for our data center infrastructure products. This role requires a strong background in mechanical engineering, with experience in product design, development, and testing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain engineering drawings, specifications, and quality procedure documentation
  • Manage new product creation, engineering changes, and qualification processes
  • Collaborate with production, purchasing, quality, and operations teams to develop processes for new families of products
  • Proactively identify and address potential design changes and future-proofing opportunities
  • Communicate effectively with customers, project managers, and architectural teams to interpret project needs and feasibility
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field
  • Up to five years of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Proficiency in 2D and 3D CAD systems, including SolidWorks
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing project requirements
