Job Summary

We are seeking a qualified Caregiver Supervisor to join our team. This role will oversee the daily operations of our program, ensuring that individuals receive the highest level of care and support. As a Caregiver Supervisor, you will be responsible for facilitating Individual Service Plans (ISPs), supervising staff, and participating in administrative duties such as hiring, training, and scheduling.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will have the following responsibilities:

  • Supervise a team of caregivers supporting individuals in the program
  • Facilitate the implementation of ISPs and participate in administrative duties
  • Provide support to individuals receiving services, including assistance with daily activities, medication administration, and personal care
  • Facilitate community involvement by accompanying individuals on outings or providing transportation
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • One year of related work experience
  • Be at least 18 years old
  • A valid driver's license, car registration, and auto insurance
  • Other licensure or certification as required by regulatory authority
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to establish rapport with team members and individuals served
  • Strong organizational abilities to ensure staffing and schedules are maintained
