Language Therapist for Pediatric and Adult Care

We are seeking a licensed Speech Language Pathologist to join our team in the United States.
Job Overview:The successful candidate will assess and treat individuals with speech, language, and swallowing disorders, working in schools, healthcare facilities, or private practices.
Key Responsibilities:- Evaluate patients with speech, language, and communication disorders using standardized assessments and clinical judgment.
- Develop personalized treatment plans to improve communication skills, incorporating evidence-based practices and adapting to individual needs.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care, coordinating services and communicating effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, documenting progress and outcomes.
- Provide counseling and education to patients and their families, promoting understanding and support for individuals with communication disorders.
- A Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- A current SLP license in the United States, ensuring compliance with state regulations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, facilitating effective collaboration and patient relationships.
- Experience working with pediatric and/or adult patients, including those with complex communication needs.
- ASHA CCC-SLP certification is highly valued, demonstrating expertise and commitment to the field.
