We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team at BAYADA Home Health Care in Winston Salem, North Carolina.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work as a Physical Therapist, providing care and therapy to clients in their homes. As a member of our multidisciplinary health care team, you will have the chance to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct home visits to assess client needs and develop individualized care plans.
  • Perform diagnostic tests and measurements to identify areas for improvement.
  • Implement evidence-based interventions to promote wound repair and prevent further injury.
  • Collaborate with nursing staff to revise and update care plans as needed.
  • Educate clients and their families on rehabilitative care and activities necessary for independent living.
Requirements
  • A current NCPhysical Therapist license.
  • A minimum of one year of recent work experience as a Physical Therapist.
  • Graduation from a program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association or the Committee on Allied Health Education and Accreditation of the American Medical Association.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
