* Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of paint and job site safety
* Skilled in all aspects of site prep, painting, spraying finishes and touchup work
* Work on jobsites daily and maintain a clean and safe work environment
* Communicate technical knowledge and expectations to homeowners
* Oversee 1-2 staff and ensure high quality of work

Requirements:

* 3-5 years of on-job experience in a verifiable paint role
* 2-3 years of team leadership in a construction environment
* Excellent time management, delegation, and multi-tasking skills
* Self-motivated and able to work independently and as a team
* Basic knowledge of smartphone/email technology
