Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of painters to complete painting projects efficiently and effectively.
  • Conduct site assessments to determine painting requirements and develop project plans.
  • Ensure all painting work is completed to the highest standards, meeting our quality and safety expectations.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Develop and implement painting techniques and best practices to improve efficiency and quality.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in painting, with a proven track record of leading teams and achieving results.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong knowledge of painting techniques, materials, and safety protocols.
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
