Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop electrical systems and infrastructure projects, including transmission and distribution systems, substations, and relay systems.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to engineering staff and other departments.
  • Develop and implement engineering plans, specifications, and reports for complex projects.
  • Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry developments and advancements in electrical engineering.
Requirements
  • Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering or related field from an ABET-accredited institution.
  • 8+ years of experience in electrical engineering, with a focus on utility systems design and development.
  • Valid State of Florida Professional Engineer license.
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in MS Office Suite and specialized software used in electrical engineering.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
