Key Responsibilities- Provide excellent customer service, answering customer questions and making product recommendations to meet their needs.
- Build trust relationships with wholesale and retail customers, understanding their business needs and providing solutions to meet those needs.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, following company policies and procedures.
- Meet or exceed sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis, identifying opportunities to increase sales and revenue.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including stocking shelves, setting up displays, and cleaning equipment.
- Load and unload delivery trucks, and assist with making deliveries as needed.
- Stay up-to-date on products and services offered, including features and benefits, to effectively communicate with customers.
- Comply with inventory control procedures, including tracking and reporting inventory levels.
- Identify opportunities to improve sales and customer satisfaction, suggesting ways to enhance the customer experience.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Have a valid, unrestricted driver's license.
- Be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without needing sponsorship for employment work visa status now or in the future.
- Be able to retrieve material from shelves and floor stacks, and lift and carry up to 50 pounds frequently and up to 70 pounds on occasion.
- Be able to tint paint consistent with customer color requests.
- Be willing to work all scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Have at least a high school diploma or GED.
- Have at least one year of experience working in a delivery, retail, or customer service position.
- Have previous work experience selling paint and paint-related products.
- Have previous work experience operating tinting and mixing equipment.
- Be able to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in more than one language.
