This unique position combines maintenance and security skills working from 6:00pm - 2:00am Tuesdays through Saturdays. As a Hotel Security/Maintenance Associate, you will be responsible for responding to emergencies, complaints, lock-outs and any other security-related issues that may arise in a professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Patrol areas on a regular basis of property grounds, including outside parking facilities.
  • Assist with maintenance tasks in the overnight hours for our three properties.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests and respond to their needs in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure seamless operations and high-quality service.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning and repairing equipment, and reporting any issues to management.
  • Stay up-to-date on company policies and procedures, and adhere to all safety protocols.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in maintenance or security preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
