Job Title: Overnight Support Specialist
Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Overnight Support Specialist to join our team at Bridgewell. As a key member of our residential care team, you will provide support and assistance to individuals with developmental and psychiatric disabilities during the overnight hours.
Responsibilities:
- Provide support and assistance to individuals with daily living activities.
- Ensure the health and safety of individuals in our care.
- Document all interactions and incidents in accordance with Bridgewell policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a smooth and efficient overnight shift.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Associate's degree or DSP certification preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience working with individuals with developmental or psychiatric disabilities.
