About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Model-Based Systems Engineer to join our team at Integration Innovation, Inc. in Huntsville, AL. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining complex systems models using various modeling languages such as UML, SysML, and UAFML.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain systems models using modeling languages such as UML, SysML, and UAFML.
  • Participate in the development of system integration plans, procedures, and scenarios used in the conduct of software and hardware system integration testing.
  • Utilize MBSE tools such as Dassault Systèmes MagicDraw and Teamwork Cloud to support requirements development, system design, and integration.
  • Develop and maintain models using data architectures and data models to facilitate interoperability.
  • Participate in project/program technical risk analysis and mitigation.
Requirements
  • ABET accredited BS in engineering.
  • Minimum of 3 years of systems engineering experience.
  • Experience with various model-based system engineering tools.
  • Knowledge of system architecture development and the systems engineering process.
  • Understanding of system interface requirements and interface management.
Desired Qualifications
  • Formal systems engineering training.
  • Experience with scripting languages such as Python or Velocity.
  • Experience supporting DoD programs.
  • Experience in modeling with the Unified Architecture Framework.
  • Experience working in an Agile environment.
