Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Management: Supervise a team of paraprofessional and licensed professional staff to ensure the delivery of safe, effective, and efficient patient care.
- Clinical Decision Making: Use clinical expertise to manage an assigned patient population and make decisions that promote patient progress towards mutually established goals.
- Education and Training: Develop and implement education programs for patients, families, and caregivers to promote patient progress and independence.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all staff members are aware of and comply with state and federal regulations governing home health care.
- Education: Graduate of an accredited nursing program and active RN license in Colorado.
- Experience: Minimum of three years of nursing experience in home healthcare, with two years of management experience preferred.
- Certifications: CPR Certification required.
- Skills: Strong clinical skills, excellent communication and leadership abilities, and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care.
