At Micro Precision, we are seeking a skilled RF/Mechanical Technician to join our team of experts in precision calibration and measurement. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and reliability of our calibration services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Apply knowledge of electronics, mathematics, and measurement science to calibrate inspection, measurement, and test equipment in the electrical disciplines.
  • Identify and utilize appropriate measurement techniques to ensure measurement accuracy.
  • Maintain calibration standards and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
  • Perform calibration functions within a laboratory setting or at a customer site.

Requirements:

  • Must have a valid driver's license.
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • 2 years of working experience on RF system/module/CCA.
  • Experience using RF Test Equipment (Spectrum Analyzer, VNA, Power Meter, Signal Analyzer, etc.).
  • Proficient with Windows, Microsoft Office, Internet applications, and strong Excel skills.
  • Must have strong customer service skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Military PMEL/TMDE/DOD training.
  • Electronics/Metrology degree.
  • Experience in the calibration of Test Equipment (RF Power Sensors and Meters, RF Generators, Synthesizers, Spectrum Analyzers, VNA, Attenuators, Phase modulation, residuals, and distortion, AC/DC measure/generate).
