Responsibilities:

  • Set up job sites, ensuring a safe and organized workspace
  • Prepare surfaces for painting, including repairing holes and cracks, sealing stains, and sanding surfaces
  • Apply premium quality paint to a uniform finish, adhering to our high standards
  • Clean up daily and after job completion, restoring the workspace to its original condition
  • Inspect work for the highest quality, ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Understand and execute work orders in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintain strict attention to detail when working at customer's property
  • Follow all safety policies and procedures
  • Ensure required documentation is complete and in compliance with regulations and standards
  • Maintain positive relationships with customers, subcontractors, suppliers, and other employees
  • Promote business development by projecting a positive image of CertaPro during interactions
  • Participate in meetings, committees, educational opportunities, etc. as requested/required

Qualifications:

  • Advanced education degree, coursework, or tech school a plus
  • Three years of professional painting experience preferred
  • Painting skills and knowledge of painting tools and equipment
  • Industry knowledge preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Highly organized and self-motivated
  • Quality conscious and detail-oriented
  • Unrestricted driver's license and clean driving record
  • Must have own vehicle
