Responsibilities:
- Set up job sites, ensuring a safe and organized workspace
- Prepare surfaces for painting, including repairing holes and cracks, sealing stains, and sanding surfaces
- Apply premium quality paint to a uniform finish, adhering to our high standards
- Clean up daily and after job completion, restoring the workspace to its original condition
- Inspect work for the highest quality, ensuring customer satisfaction
- Understand and execute work orders in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain strict attention to detail when working at customer's property
- Follow all safety policies and procedures
- Ensure required documentation is complete and in compliance with regulations and standards
- Maintain positive relationships with customers, subcontractors, suppliers, and other employees
- Promote business development by projecting a positive image of CertaPro during interactions
- Participate in meetings, committees, educational opportunities, etc. as requested/required
Qualifications:
- Advanced education degree, coursework, or tech school a plus
- Three years of professional painting experience preferred
- Painting skills and knowledge of painting tools and equipment
- Industry knowledge preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Highly organized and self-motivated
- Quality conscious and detail-oriented
- Unrestricted driver's license and clean driving record
- Must have own vehicle
