Job Title: Registered Nurse - Emergency Department

Tenet-Alabama is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Emergency Department team in Talladega, Alabama.

Job Summary:

This role provides direct clinical patient care, assessing, planning, and implementing care to assigned patients on a per shift basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising staff and ensuring high-quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care.

Responsibilities:
  • Assess and plan patient care, implementing interventions as needed
  • Supervise and delegate tasks to nursing staff
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes
Requirements:
  • Current RN licensure in the state of Alabama
  • Experience in Emergency Department nursing
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
