Speech-Language Pathologist Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team at Ensign Therapy. As a Speech-Language Pathologist, you will be responsible for evaluating and treating patients with communication, cognitive, and swallowing disorders. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate patients with communication, cognitive, or swallowing disorders and develop appropriate plans of care.
  • Provide rehabilitative, skilled, and medically necessary treatment interventions to patients with communication, cognitive, and/or swallowing disorders.
  • Evaluate treatment outcomes for effectiveness and modify services as needed.
  • Provide consultation and counseling to patients, families, caregivers, and other service providers related to speech disorders.
  • Document all regulatory and clinically required information in our electronic documentation system and maintain patient records according to company policy.

Qualifications:
  • Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Ability to work with patients of all ages and backgrounds
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
