Key Responsibilities:

  • Adhere to all health and safety protocols to ensure personal and guest safety.
  • Thoroughly sanitize and maintain all assigned areas according to resort standards.
  • Execute heavy cleaning tasks and respond to special cleaning requests as needed.
  • Report any maintenance needs to management promptly.
  • Understand and follow lost and found procedures.
  • Engage in deep cleaning during peak seasons, particularly in fall and spring.
  • Restock essential supplies such as toiletries in designated locations.
  • Utilize specialized equipment for floor polishing and buffing.
  • Maintain a respectful demeanor towards guests, colleagues, and the property.

Qualifications:

  • Ability to stand or walk for extended periods.
  • Capable of lifting and carrying weights up to 50 lbs on occasion.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with team members.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills and patience, especially when interacting with guests.
  • Competence in following instructions and meeting deadlines.
