Key Responsibilities:

  • Adhere to established testing protocols for assemblies during pre-burn-in and post-burn-in phases.
  • Conduct routine assessments to ensure production quality standards are consistently achieved.
  • Perform systematic and repetitive evaluations on circuits, components, and electronic units, following predefined testing procedures.
  • Document test results meticulously.
  • Engage in basic assembly-level troubleshooting as needed.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety regulations.
  • Execute simple mathematical calculations and counting tasks.
  • Utilize a digital multi-meter for basic measurements.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in Thru-Hole soldering techniques.
  • Work effectively with moderate supervision and guidance.
  • Identify and communicate discrepancies in work instructions and product assembly processes.
  • Exhibit enhanced efficiency and accuracy throughout the assembly process.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a minimum of six months of relevant experience or training is required.
  • IPC-J-Std, Class 3 soldering certification is mandatory.
  • IPC-610 certification is advantageous.
  • Experience in assembling products across multiple functional areas of the PCA production floor is preferred.
  • Strong command of the English language, both written and verbal, is essential.
