The Maintenance Worker is a key member of our facilities team, responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our buildings and grounds. This role requires a high level of physical fitness and the ability to work independently, with a strong focus on customer service and safety.
Key Responsibilities- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on buildings and equipment, including doors, windows, and minor appliances.
- Inspect assigned areas on a regular basis and perform maintenance as needed to maintain a safe and functional environment.
- Complete daily, weekly, and monthly checklists of pre-scheduled maintenance procedures.
- Report any major maintenance needs and recommend corrective action as appropriate.
- Adhere to Aramark safety policies and procedures at all times.
- Previous maintenance experience preferred.
- Ability to follow basic safety procedures and precautions due to physical risks.
- Demonstrated interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Must be available to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
This role may require physical demands, including lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and/or extended walking and standing. Uniforms and/or Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) may be required.
