  • Configure, troubleshoot, and repair desktop-related hardware and software, including mobile devices, printers, and audiovisual equipment.
  • Administer basic Active Directory tasks, such as user login and password management.
  • Troubleshoot fundamental networking components.
  • Upgrade customer hardware and software as needed.

  • Implement solutions with comprehensive documentation.
  • Handle multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines.
  • A vehicle will be provided for work-related travel.
  • Collaborate with an escalation team to address various field support needs.

Qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge of desktop and laptop hardware, along with common software applications.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with strong troubleshooting and analytical abilities.
  • Exhibit patience and a courteous demeanor in all interactions.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, with a self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset.
  • Capable of performing tasks without direct supervision.
  • Track time associated with work orders and maintain an organized case load.

Preferred Qualifications:

Possession of any relevant certifications is beneficial, particularly A+ and Network+. We aim to develop individuals with solid intermediate skills into Microsoft 365 Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associates.
