Work Schedule:

Our Vascular Surgery outpatient practice is seeking a motivated LPN with exceptional attention to detail to contribute to our dedicated healthcare team. Under the supervision of the attending physician, RN, Lead LPN, or practice coordinator, the LPN will deliver direct patient care and assist in various clinical functions across all providers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Accurately obtain and document patients' vital signs.
  • Record components of patients' medical history.
  • Communicate effectively and appropriately with patients, visitors, and staff.
  • Assist in in-office procedures under the guidance of a licensed healthcare provider.
  • Conduct diagnostic CLIA waived testing.
  • Perform venipuncture for laboratory blood tests.
  • Handle prescription call-backs within the scope of practice.
  • Prepare patient charts with relevant clinical information.
  • Maintain supply inventory and ensure patient examination rooms are well-stocked.

Compliance and Qualifications:
High School Diploma/G.E.D. - required
Previous experience in a patient care environment - preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to effectively present information and respond to inquiries from physicians, patients, and their families or other staff members within the work environment.
