Urology LPN Per Diem Position

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated LPN to join our Urology team on a per diem basis. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and support in a fast-paced office environment.

Responsibilities
  • Obtain and accurately record patient vital signs
  • Document patient history and communicate effectively with patients, visitors, and staff
  • Participate in in-office procedures under the direction of a licensed healthcare provider
  • Perform diagnostic CLIA waived testing and venipuncture for lab testing
  • Prescription call-backs within scope of practice
  • Prepare patient charts for clinical information and maintain inventory of supplies
  • Adhere to regulatory compliance issues
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma/GED required
  • Previous experience in patient care preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • LPN licensure in the state of hire required
Working Conditions
  • Standing and walking constantly
  • Sitting rarely
  • Lifting and carrying frequently
  • Pushing and pulling occasionally
  • Extreme cold, heat, and humidity rarely
  • Noise and hazards frequently
