Job Description

We're seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide high-quality care to pediatric patients in their homes. As a member of our team, you'll have the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with patients and their families, while also enjoying a flexible schedule and opportunities for career growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct nursing care to pediatric patients in their homes, as prescribed by physicians.
  • Record clinical and progress notes, and coordinate other patient care activities to ensure the highest quality of care.
  • Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.

Requirements:

  • Current LPN licensure in the state of practice.
  • Current driver's license, vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle or public transportation.
  • Current CPR certification.
