Maxim Healthcare Services is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to provide high-quality care to an Adult patient in their home in Granville, IL.

Patient Care Responsibilities:

  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, and monitor and document their effectiveness.
  • Utilize the nursing process to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care and services provided.
  • Initiate the plan of care when directed and request revisions as patient status and needs change.

Requirements:

  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) License for the state in which the nurse practices.
  • Current Health Certificate and PPD or Chest X-Ray.
  • Current BLS card and one year prior Registered Nurse (RN) experience preferred.
