About the Role

The Client Reporting Services Specialist is a key member of our team, responsible for providing day-to-day support and ongoing development of large-scale reporting platforms within our Investment Products and Services (IP&S) Group.

Key Responsibilities
  • Reporting Platform Administration: Assist with the day-to-day administration of the reporting platforms made available through our IP&S Group.
  • Senior Team Support: Assist senior team members and partners in operations in on-boarding management and ongoing administration of specialized reporting services to high net worth clients.
  • Process Documentation: Document required processes for ongoing system support, participate in requirements gathering for ongoing system updates, and help facilitate user integration and acceptance testing.
  • Marketing Collateral Design: Under the guidance of senior team members, design and maintain marketing collateral aimed at our advisors, recruits, and clients who may benefit from the reporting systems and associated services available through our IP&S platform.
  • Data Management: Utilize firm resources and working investment knowledge to manage supplementary data related to reporting in various Stifel systems, including security asset classifications and appropriate market index comparisons.
Requirements
  • Industry Knowledge: General knowledge and understanding of the wealth management business, including investment products, strategies, account types, and the general regulatory environment.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an ability to discuss industry knowledge effectively during inter-departmental and external interactions.
  • Analytical Problem-Solving: An appetite for analytical problem-solving and desire to maintain a solutions-oriented approach to addressing opportunities and challenges.
  • Initiative and Self-Direction: Initiative and self-direction when performing tasks with an ability to identify inefficiencies and recommend solutions.
Education and Experience
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent experience required.
  • Experience: 1+ years' experience in the financial services industry required.
