Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Service Representative II to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of mail, packages, and interoffice correspondence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive, sort, and deliver all incoming mail and packages according to assigned floors and time frames.
  • Prepare special outgoing inter-office pouches and packages for client affiliates.
  • Package and process outgoing overnight items, including Federal Express and UPS.
  • Log and deliver incoming overnight packages within established time frames.
  • Organize and distribute supplies to client employees, monitor inventory, and maintain a clean supply area.
  • Provide minor maintenance of photocopy machines, operate facsimile machines, and perform other administrative duties as needed.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 2-5 years' experience working in a mailroom or professional office environment.
  • Knowledge of metering, weighting, logging, and shipping procedures.
  • Proficiency in computer skills and ability to perform routine and complex functions of various equipment and systems.
  • Excellent customer service, professional attitude, and appearance.
