Key Responsibilities
  • Expertly install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems, including heating, ventilation, and air conditioning units.
  • Conduct thorough inspections of HVAC systems to identify potential issues and recommend corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with our maintenance team to develop and implement effective maintenance schedules for HVAC systems.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior technicians and other team members.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in HVAC technology.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
