HVAC Technician Lead

Job Summary:

Three Saints Bay, LLC is seeking a skilled HVAC Technician Lead to join our team in Yuma, AZ. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Expert knowledge of craft theory and materials

• Ability to operate various equipment, including forklifts and scissor lifts

• Verifying materials against receiving documents

• Noting and reporting discrepancies and damages

• Routing materials to storage locations

• Storing, stacking, or palletizing materials

• Examining stored materials and reporting deterioration and damage

• Removing material from storage and preparing it for shipment

Requirements:

• US Citizenship

• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check

• Must be able to obtain/maintain a DoD Security Clearance

• Valid driver's license, without special restrictions

• Ability to use and knowledge of all tools and equipment

• Ability to read and understand blueprints and construction drawings

• Ability to perform work safely under hazardous conditions

• Ability to trouble shoot and repair complex problems

Preferred Qualifications:

• HVAC certified courses

• Experience with HVAC chillers/controls and circuit boards

Physical Requirements:

• Pass a pre-employment drug screening and physical

• Wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for work tasks

• Work in extreme weather conditions, including temperatures up to 120 degrees Fahrenheit

• Lift 75 lbs. unassisted
