Job Description:

We are seeking a Senior Director of Commercial and Medical Affairs Training to lead our organization's efforts in cultivating a high-performing and continuously learning workforce. This role will involve designing, implementing, and optimizing commercial training programs aligned with corporate priorities, brand strategy, and functional business/account plans.

The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional leaders to identify skills gaps, foster employee growth, and develop strategic training initiatives that drive high-performing organization behaviors.

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive training strategy that supports business growth, enhances employee capabilities, and drives a culture of continuous learning.">
  • Partner with executive leadership to identify core competencies required to achieve business goals and integrate them into learning programs.">
  • Oversee the analysis of commercial needs and translate business requirements into comprehensive training programs.">
  • Lead the creation of scalable and innovative training programs across all commercial teams, including leadership development, disease state, product, and business knowledge.">
  • Cultivate an environment of collaboration, knowledge-sharing, and innovation within the training team.">

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in a business discipline or relevant field, with a minimum of 10 years of increasingly responsible marketing, sales, and/or digital experience in the biopharmaceutical industry.">
  • Demonstrated ability to create a shared vision, inspire strong collaboration across functions, and drive change with impact.">
  • Proven track record of leading a training team, integrating adult learning principles, and navigating ambiguity and change with an entrepreneurial mindset.">
  • Strong collaboration abilities, exceptional verbal and written communication skills, and ability to work with minimal supervision.">
