At ShipIt, we are dedicated to delivering exceptional service by processing over 4.5 million orders annually. We are currently seeking a full-time Machine Maintenance Technician to join our team in Hurricane, UT.

The Machine Maintenance Technician plays a crucial role in ensuring the operational efficiency of our machinery throughout their shift. This position involves performing regular maintenance tasks on all equipment to help achieve production targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance on machinery.
  • Design and implement mechanical maintenance strategies to avert expensive equipment failures.
  • Diagnose mechanical issues and perform necessary repairs.
  • Oversee the inventory of parts and ensure supplies are replenished.
  • Maintain a clean workspace and comply with industry standards.
  • Adjust mechanical components using hand tools and machinery.
  • Carry out routine maintenance and safety inspections.
  • Collaborate with the production team to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Prepare and submit detailed maintenance reports.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in industrial maintenance.
  • Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical system upkeep.
  • Proficient in maintaining accurate maintenance records.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and repairs effectively.
  • Capability to lift and handle heavy machinery.
  • Willingness to work beyond regular hours to complete tasks.

Compensation: $17.00 per hour

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.
