Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Assistant General Manager to join our team at Slappys Management Services Llc. As an AGM, you will play a key role in ensuring the success of our new car wash location in Forest Hill.

Key Responsibilities
  • Report to the General Manager and fulfill all requirements
  • Manage a team of Customer Service Attendants, including recruiting, onboarding, training, and coaching
  • Fill in and complete tasks required of Customer Service Attendants as necessary
  • Build and enhance a customer-oriented atmosphere
  • Perform activities around employee engagement, performance management, and recognition
  • Maintain a focus on growing sales volume and increasing site profitability
  • Ensure execution on all store goals for memberships, volume, maintenance, claims, labor hours, ratings, turnover, etc.
  • Ensure timely completion of daily, weekly, and monthly checklists
  • Maintain frequent and accurate maintenance logs and identify potential issues quickly
  • Ensure the site follows all approved safety procedures
  • Ensure the site follows all approved vehicle damage claim procedures
Requirements
  • Driver's License
  • Ability to commute or relocate to Fort Worth, TX 76119
  • Day shift and weekend availability
