Your Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Assisting residents with personal hygiene tasks (bathing, dressing, grooming, etc.)
  • Supporting residents with mobility and positioning
  • Transporting residents as needed
  • Responding promptly to resident calls
  • Monitoring, reporting, and reacting to changes in resident health
  • Documenting care in residents' electronic medical records
  • Participating in mandatory training and educational sessions
  • Helping residents during meal times

Qualifications Required:

  • Valid Ohio State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) certification
  • Proficient documentation skills; familiarity with Point Click Care (PCC) is advantageous
  • Strong work history with commendable attendance and punctuality
  • A positive demeanor and a genuine passion for elder care
  • Empathy, patience, and compassion for those in need of assistance
