Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and skilled Administrative Operations Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the general administrative functions of our office, ensuring a smooth and efficient work environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support: Provide high-level administrative support to our staff, including preparing and modifying documents, coordinating meetings, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Office Management: Oversee the daily operations of our office, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Staff Supervision: Lead, train, and develop our office staff to maximize their effectiveness and productivity.
  • Communication: Ensure effective communication with internal and external stakeholders, maintaining a professional image at all times.
  • Data Entry: Perform data entry, word processing, and transcription duties as needed.

Requirements:

  • Education: Three years of business school or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Skills: Excellent organizational and communication skills, proficiency in computer software applications, and knowledge of Medicaid rules and fee-for-service billing (preferred).
  • Certifications: Current CPI Verbal De-Escalation Certification, First Aid and Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification, and Food Handler's Card.
  • Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
