Job Summary

LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a reputable organization in the non-profit sector to support their need for a Senior Financial Analyst on a contract-to-hire basis. This role requires some in-office work in Manhattan, NY.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough budget vs. actual variance analysis and provide detailed commentary for senior management.
  • Ensure monthly financial activity compliance through effective management.
  • Analyze and consolidate P&Ls across various departments to inform business decisions.
  • Participate in quarterly re-forecasting efforts.
  • Perform cash flow analysis to optimize financial performance.
  • Provide ad-hoc analytical support as needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance is mandatory.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in an Analyst role.
  • Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables, v-lookups, and macro creation.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Compensation Package:

The estimated salary for this position is $45 per hour, based on industry standards and location. In addition to a competitive hourly rate, our benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits, and a 401K plan. Our flexible benefits program allows employees to choose coverage that suits their individual needs.
