Class A Local Food Delivery Driver

We are seeking a skilled Class A Local Food Delivery Driver to join our team at Core-Mark, a leading provider of fresh and broad-line solutions to the convenience retail industry.
Key Responsibilities- Drive a tractor trailer or straight truck on intrastate and interstate local, over-the-road (OTR), shuttle, and overnight routes to deliver and/or unload food and food-related products to customers in a safe and timely manner.
- Inspect tractor/truck and trailer to ensure they meet company safety standards and take appropriate action as needed.
- Follow all Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations and company safe driving guidelines and policies.
- Unload products from the trailer, transport items into designated customer storage areas, and perform damage control checks on items.
- Verify delivery of items with customers and obtain proper signatures, collect money (cash or checks) where required, and ensure that tractor, trailer, and freight are appropriately locked and/or secured.
- 6+ months CDL-A driving experience
- Able to hand-lift and utilize two-wheeler, lift gate, and/or other equipment to move and/or stack product cases/freight of varying size and weight throughout the shift.
