Job Description

TEKsystems is seeking a highly skilled Content Development Manager to join our team in Hawaii. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a crucial role in creating, maintaining, and updating various documents that support our healthcare insurance operations.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, writing, and maintaining comprehensive documentation such as Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), communication guidelines, process flows, and project plans. You will collaborate with various departments to gather information and ensure documentation is accurate, complete, and up-to-date.

Your tasks will include documenting all aspects of the healthcare insurance operations, including interactions with our outsourcing partner, ensuring all documentation meets regulatory and compliance standards, and creating user-friendly guides and manuals for internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities
  • Develop, write, and maintain comprehensive documentation such as SOPs, communication guidelines, process flows, and project plans.
  • Collaborate with various departments to gather information and ensure documentation is accurate, complete, and up-to-date.
  • Document all aspects of the healthcare insurance operations, including interactions with the outsourcing partner.
  • Ensure all documentation meets regulatory and compliance standards.
  • Create user-friendly guides and manuals for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Review and edit existing documentation to improve clarity, consistency, and usability.
  • Manage document control processes to ensure proper versioning and accessibility.
  • Assist in the development of training materials and resources.
  • Conduct regular audits of documentation to ensure ongoing accuracy and relevance.

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience as a Content Development Manager.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in documentation tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, content management systems).
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary range of $25-36 per hour, depending on experience. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits, and they may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
