Key Responsibilities

The Assembler/Packer will play a crucial role in our production line by:

  • Removing products from the overhead conveyor system, ensuring quality through visual inspections.
  • Packaging items into designated cartons, including tasks such as making cardboard boxes and stacking them on pallets.
  • Utilizing various packing line equipment, including riveting machines and taping machines, to maintain efficiency.
  • Participating in the 7-S Program to help achieve departmental objectives.
  • Adhering to safety protocols and maintaining a clean work environment.
Qualifications

Ideal candidates will possess:

  • A minimum of an eighth-grade education.
  • Manual dexterity and the physical capability to stand, stack, and handle products effectively.
  • The ability to lift and move materials averaging 25 pounds.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • A willingness to engage with a diverse team.
