Position Overview

We are in search of a dedicated Evening Food & Beverage Team Leader to join our team at Arbor Lodging Management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee operations in various Food and Beverage sectors including Bar, Restaurant, Breakfast, Room Service, and Conference Events.
  • Act as the primary liaison between the kitchen and guests, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience.
  • Greet guests warmly and consistently deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Guide and mentor team members, fostering a collaborative work environment.
  • Assist management in the recruitment process and maintain beverage inventory controls.
  • Support team members in addressing guest inquiries and resolving any complaints.
  • Exhibit a strong understanding of beverage offerings including beers, wines, liquors, and specialty cocktails.
  • Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of both front and back of house areas.
  • Adhere to health, safety, and sanitation standards, including compliance with liquor laws.
  • Utilize proper cash handling procedures for processing guest payments.
  • Develop and implement promotional strategies to drive revenue.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
