Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing direct care to residents in accordance with the care plan, policies, and procedures of our facility. They will work closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure the highest level of care for our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct care to residents as needed, including administering medication, charting nurse's notes, and communicating with physicians and families.
  • Assess and evaluate resident's physical and emotional status on a regular basis.
  • Transcribe and/or check physician orders to ensure accuracy and completion.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, applicants must possess:

  • A current license as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state of practice.
  • One year of experience in a healthcare facility preferred.
  • CPR certification within 30 days of employment.
Salary and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this position is $62,000 - $82,000, depending on experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes health insurance, paid time off, and retirement savings options.
