Tact Staff is seeking a Travel Nurse RN specializing in Home Health for an exciting travel nursing opportunity.
Position Overview- Specialty: Home Health
- Discipline: RN

- Hours: 36 hours per week
- Shift: 12 hours
Role Responsibilities:
As a travel nurse, you will be responsible for coordinating and directing home nursing care in accordance with physician orders and agency policies. You will apply the nursing process competently while supervising and evaluating Home Health Aides and Licensed Practical Nurses.
Travel Requirements:
Home visits are essential, and reliable transportation is a must. You will need a current driver's license and agency-required liability insurance.
Patient Care:
On average, you will manage 5-8 patients per day, with productivity points assigned to various activities such as documentation and travel. The contractor will handle between 5-10 patients daily, equating to approximately 6-8 points.
Experience Requirements:
A minimum of one year of experience in Adult Home Health or Hospice is required. First-time travelers are not accepted; recent specialty experience is necessary.
Certifications:
CPR and BLS certifications are mandatory.
Work Schedule:
Work hours may vary by location and profession, and on-call requirements will be discussed during the interview process.
Compensation:
Compensation is based on 12-hour shifts and 36 hours per week, with tax-free stipends to be determined.
