Job Summary

We are seeking a Logistics Program Analyst, Early Career to join our team. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for coordinating and integrating all facets of customer sustainment support activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and implement spare parts, repair activity, and aftermarket management in the United States and globally.
  • Coordinate depot support activities and global service parts logistics.
  • Determine optimum inventory levels and field stocking locations for network spares.
  • Coordinate reverse logistics process flow across distribution channels.
  • Provide supplier scorecards and metrics for aftermarket activities.
  • Develop service contracts with procurement and ensure execution against service levels.
  • Coordinate failure analysis, trends, and failure reporting.
  • Report ongoing metrics on cost, performance, and internal/external customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Completion of Bachelor's degree or higher in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • Strong leadership, teamwork, and facilitation skills.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Microsoft Excel and database skills.
