Job SummaryWe are seeking a Logistics Program Analyst, Early Career to join our team. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for coordinating and integrating all facets of customer sustainment support activities.
Key Responsibilities- Plan and implement spare parts, repair activity, and aftermarket management in the United States and globally.
- Coordinate depot support activities and global service parts logistics.
- Determine optimum inventory levels and field stocking locations for network spares.
- Coordinate reverse logistics process flow across distribution channels.
- Provide supplier scorecards and metrics for aftermarket activities.
- Develop service contracts with procurement and ensure execution against service levels.
- Coordinate failure analysis, trends, and failure reporting.
- Report ongoing metrics on cost, performance, and internal/external customer satisfaction.
- Completion of Bachelor's degree or higher in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Strong leadership, teamwork, and facilitation skills.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Microsoft Excel and database skills.
