We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Medical Records Scanner/Indexer. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the accuracy and completeness of patient medical records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Scan and index protected health information into patient records
  • Verify the accuracy and completeness of medical records
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of patient information
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to resolve any discrepancies or issues

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous medical records experience preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
