6. Facilitate the sale of financial products such as money orders, cashier's checks, and savings bonds.
7. Process wire transfers and cash advances as required.
8. Promote and cross-sell various banking services and products to meet customer needs.
9. Serve a diverse clientele, including a significant Spanish-speaking population.
10. Complete additional tasks as assigned by supervisors that align with bank operations.

Environmental and Physical Requirements:
Must be able to stand or walk for extended periods based on branch needs.
Ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced, and occasionally noisy environment.
Proficient in operating computers and office equipment.
Must be capable of lifting up to 25 lbs.

Qualifications:
1. A minimum of six months experience in retail or customer service is preferred.
2. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
3. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
4. High school diploma or equivalent required.
5. Must be at least 18 years of age.
6. Successful completion of a background check in accordance with company policy.
