Commission Plan:

The employee commission incentive plan is proprietary to FirstCash. Pawnbrokers have the potential to earn 2-8% commission, based on the gross profit of their personal performance.

We offer a competitive hourly wage, plus the opportunity to earn commission based on productivity. The successful Retail Sales Associate's actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience.
