Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Radiologic Technologist to join our team. As a Radiologic Technologist at Riverview Regional Medical Center, you will be responsible for performing diagnostic radiographic procedures according to department protocols and regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform diagnostic radiographic procedures according to department protocols, HFAP/TJC/local regulatory/CMS, State and Federal Regulations.
  • Function as the first line interface with customers and ensure the accomplishment of their imaging needs.
  • Participate in PI/QC activities and ensure the quality of imaging services.
  • Process and transmit images to PACS.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Currently attending an accredited health care educational program for radiologic technology.
  • Meet state requirements for exemption from licensing to operate x-ray equipment.
  • Completion of their first year curriculum requirements.
  • Current BCLS (AHA).
  • At least one year of clinical experience in the radiology technologist program required.
  • Proficient computer skills.
