We are seeking a skilled Nuclear Medicine Technologist to join our team at HCA Florida Capital Hospital. As a Nuclear Medicine Technologist, you will be responsible for performing a variety of technical procedures that require independent judgment, ingenuity, and initiative in the utilization of radionuclides for the diagnosis and treatment of disease in humans.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform nuclear medicine examinations on patients of various ages, from pediatric to geriatric.
  • Recognize the purpose of employment is to prioritize the patient as number one and to put forth the utmost quality as a nuclear medicine technologist.
  • Work under the direction of the medical director or other supervising physician.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient care.

Requirements:

  • Associate Degree in Radiological Technology required.
  • Florida Radiology Technologist license required.
  • ARRT registry in Nuclear Medicine or Nuclear Medicine certification from the NMTCB is required.
  • BLS-American Heart Association BLS Provider issued card required.
  • At least one year of full-year experience in clinical nuclear medicine imaging, including didactic experience equivalent, preferred.
