Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Relationship Management: Greet and qualify potential customers, establishing rapport and identifying their needs and preferences.
  • Needs Assessments: Conduct thorough needs assessments, understanding budget, desired features, and intended vehicle use.
  • Vehicle Showcase: Showcase vehicles, highlighting features and benefits that align with the customer's needs.
  • Negotiation and Sales: Negotiate the sale price, financing options, and trade-in value (if applicable), securing customer commitment through a purchase agreement.
  • Follow-up and Relationship Building: Follow up with customers after the sale to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Minimum of one year of experience in automotive sales or comparable sales experience.
  • Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with a passion for the automotive industry and a genuine desire to help customers.
  • Product Knowledge: Excellent product knowledge and the ability to learn about new vehicle features quickly.
  • Self-Motivation: Self-motivated, with a drive to succeed and achieve sales targets.
  • Professional Appearance: Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Valid Driver's License: Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
