**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Hospice Registered Nurse RN to provide high-quality care and support to our patients and their families.
**Responsibilities:**
* Provide skilled professional nursing care and support to Hospice patients and their families
* Make night home visits to provide emotional support, symptom management, and pronounce death as needed
* Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician
* Provide health care instructions to the patient as appropriate
* Record symptom management changes and outcomes
* Complete, maintain, and submit accurate and relevant clinical notes regarding patient's condition and care given
* Record important health information including temperature, pulse, respiration, and blood pressure
**Qualifications:**
* California Registered Nurse License upon hire
* National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire
* 1 year' Professional nursing experience
* Preferred qualifications: 1 year' Hospice Registered Nurse experience
